The overheating protection function is verified, and it can normally cut off power under high-temperature conditions. At the same time, insulation and appearance of the plug are checked to eliminate the risk of leakage.
Randomly selected samples are subjected to the drop test to check the firmness of the exterior. The inspection data is recorded throughout the process. The non-conforming parts are photographed for evidence.
The batch is judged based on the overall assessment. The safety risks of small household appliances cannot be ignored. The inspection standards must be strictly followed to ensure the quality of the shipment.
