The company is free from pressure and influence from relevant parties and independently carries out inspection activities. Relevant 

parties include but are not limited to parent companies, sister companies, regulatory authorities, customers, internal personnel, and

design, production, supply, installation, procurement, ownership, use or maintenance organizations related to inspection objects.

The company does not accept investment, joint venture and other requests from related entities that have direct or indirect interests 

in the corresponding inspection business, including entrusted customers, inspected objects, and possible donations and sponsorships, 

to prevent the above-mentioned relevant parties from participating in the company's operation, management and inspection activities.

The company is not engaged in the design, production, supply, installation, procurement, ownership, use or maintenance of inspection

objects.

The company does not act as part of a legal entity engaged in the design, production, supply, installation, procurement, ownership, 

use or maintenance of inspection objects.

The company does not engage in any activities that may violate the independence and integrity of inspection judgments. Not 

directly involved in the design, production, supply, installation, use and maintenance of inspection projects or similar competitive 

projects.

The company does not employ personnel (including full-time or part-time) who have direct or indirect conflicts of interest with 

relevant parties involved in the same inspection activities to participate in the operation, management or conduct of inspection 

business, and it also does not entrust or subcontract the inspection business to the above-mentioned personnel.

The company does not sign any commitment or other commitment with the entity subject to the inspection that may affect the 

fairness of the inspection results.
