Final Inspection (FRI ) is the most crucial quality control step for export trade and factory bulk shipments, and it is also the preferred third-party pre-shipment inspection service for many cross-border trading companies and buyers. The optimal time for final production inspection is when product production is 80%-100% complete, and finished product packaging and outer box packaging are basically finished. Our on-site inspection covers all aspects of quality control, including product appearance defect detection, precise size measurement, production process workmanship verification, finished product assembly precision inspection, functional performance testing, safety and compliance testing, and raw material and accessory verification. At the same time, we focus on checking key shipping items, covering common shipping problems such as product packaging quality, outer box compressive strength, Chinese and English markings, packing quantity ratio, mixed or incorrect packing, and missing or insufficient packing, to comprehensively identify various shipping quality hazards and delivery risks.

As a formal and independent third-party inspection agency, HQC Inspection adheres to the principles of fairness, objectivity, and impartiality in quality inspection. We record product defects in real time on-site, take photographic evidence, and conduct tiered statistical analysis of minor, serious, and fatal defects. We promptly communicate any quality anomalies to the factory and customers, guiding the factory to rectify and optimize the issues and complete the re-inspection loop to ensure product quality meets standards. After inspection, we issue a third-party inspection report in both Chinese and English within 24 hours.
