The flamethrower belongs to the high-temperature gas product category. The inspection focuses on aspects such as appearance, packaging, safety structure and combustion performance.
Samples are selected according to the sampling plan. First, check the outer box labels, model, specification, manual, and warning signs to ensure they are consistent with the order.
Inspect the exterior for any cracks, burrs, or deformations. Check that the nozzle is not scratched or blocked. Ensure all accessories are present.
Safety structure verification: The safety lock, ignition switch, and gas valve adjustment components operate smoothly without sticking or loosening. The air tightness test is the core.
After closing the valve and standing still for inspection, no leakage is allowed. Actual ignition test: multiple ignitions are conducted to verify the success rate;
observe the flame shape when adjusting the valve, ensuring the flame is stable without flashback, and the flame can be quickly extinguished by releasing the button.
At the same time, check the packaging protection. Conduct a drop test to see if the outer shell and valve body are damaged.
Record all items, take photos of non-conforming items for evidence, and determine if the batch is qualified. Gas products have high safety risks. Each test cannot be omitted. Strictly control the quality of the shipment.
