Check the sewing process, ensuring that the stitches are uniform without jumping or broken threads, and that the shoulder seams, hems, and cuffs are flat; the hat strings, zippers, buttons, etc. are properly assembled, and the zipper pulls smoothly.
Measure the size and check the key data such as the length, chest circumference, sleeve length, and hat width. The error should be controlled within the allowable range.
At the same time, test the fabric feel, check for any odor, and randomly test the water washing effect. Test pulling the hat strings and fasteners to confirm that they are firmly attached and not likely to fall off.
Take photos of all defective areas for retention, record the inspection results, and comprehensively assess whether this batch is qualified, and control the quality of the finished garments for shipment.
