They also randomly inspect the outer packaging to check if the carton has any damage or moisture, and whether the shipping marks are accurate.

The assembly test checks the opening and sealing effect of the lid， confirming that the screwing is appropriate and there is no slipping or leakage.
Samples are extracted according to the AQL sampling standard， checking whether the size， weight， and other parameters meet the requirements. Pay attention to whether the packaging protection is in place and whether the cushioning materials can avoid transportation bumps. Record all defects on site， distinguish the defect levels， and take real photos as evidence. Compile complete inspection records and provide them to the customers for shipment reference， reducing customer complaints caused by cross-border transportation of fragile items.
