The massager is a functional small household appliance. The product's functions and construction directly affect the overseas customer experience. Before shipment, third-party inspection is conducted to identify and resolve various quality issues in advance, thereby reducing cross-border after-sales disputes. After the inspectors arrive at the factory, they first verify the order information to ensure that the model, specification, nameplate parameters of the massager are consistent with the order. They then randomly inspect the outer packaging box to check if the paper box is damaged, collapsed, or damp, and confirm that the marking is printed clearly and accurately.
The appearance inspection checks for scratches, cracks, color differences on the shell, whether the joint gaps are uniform, whether the power cord, manual, and accessory kits are complete. After connecting to the power supply, conduct functional tests, testing functions such as power on/off, multi-speed mode adjustment, vibration, and heat therapy. Pay attention to whether there are abnormal sounds or abnormal overheating during the equipment operation.
Refer to the AQL sampling standard to complete the sampling inspection, classify the defect levels, and take photos of the inspection materials for archiving. Compile a complete inspection report and provide objective shipping reference to the customer, helping the enterprise control the shipping quality.
