Third-party supervision of loading is a crucial step in the export of foreign trade goods. It effectively avoids problems such as incorrect loading, insufficient loading, damaged goods, and mixed loading, ensuring that the goods are loaded into the containers as required. After the loading supervisor arrives at the site, they first check the container number and seal number, inspect the condition of the container, and check if there are any damages, leaks, stains, or pests in the container. They confirm that the container meets the loading conditions.
Then, they check the product model, quantity, and mark of the goods, and compare them with the order information to count the goods and confirm that the shipment batch is consistent with the order. They supervise the loading operation throughout the process, observe the handling and stacking methods of the goods, avoid rough handling that may cause damage to the goods, and check whether the placement order, reinforcement, and padding treatment comply with the packaging and loading requirements.
After the container is loaded, they recheck the overall loading situation, confirm it is correct, and then apply a seal, record the seal number. They take photos of the container condition, goods, and the entire loading process on site, truthfully record all kinds of abnormalities found on the spot, sort out the supervision records, and provide them to the customer as the basis for shipment, reducing disputes during overseas receipt.
