The foaming machine undergoes third-party inspection in accordance with the AQL sampling standard. The inspection is conducted from multiple dimensions including packaging materials, appearance and workmanship, assembly details, and electrical functions. Firstly, the outer box label, product label, logo, manual and accessories are checked to ensure they are consistent with the order requirements. The packaging box is checked for no damage, moisture, or compression damage, and the accessories are checked for no missing or insufficient installation.
The appearance inspection checks for no scratches, deformations, burrs, or color differences on the body and mixing head, no shrinkage or cracks in the plastic shell, and tight assembly at the interface without loosening. The core functions are tested by powering on, confirming that the switch position adjustment is smooth, the motor operation has no abnormal noise or abnormal shaking, the mixing head rotates normally, and the foaming effect meets the product description.
The product size, identification, safety warning information, insulation parts are checked for no damage, and potential safety hazards are investigated. At the same time, the classification and recording of light and heavy defects are observed, and the charging of battery models is checked for normality. Based on all the inspection items, it is determined whether this batch can be released for shipment, helping foreign trade customers identify quality issues in advance and effectively reducing the probability of damage to goods and overseas customer complaints.
