The outer box is inspected for moisture, damage, collapse, and the sealing is checked for regularity. The number of cups is also checked for no shortage, misplacement, or leakage.
The appearance inspection checks for no deformation, gaps, holes, or stains on the cup body, a smooth and non-serrated edge at the cup mouth, and a solid bottom without leakage risks. The printed patterns and text are checked for clarity and completeness, without ghosting, color fading, or color deviation. The colors are checked to be consistent with the confirmed sample. A water filling test is conducted to observe if the cup body softens, leaks, or seeps water. At the same time, the hardness and stiffness of the paper cups are checked, and they are not prone to deformation when picked up.
The material of the paper cups is checked for no odor, and the size, weight, and specifications match the order parameters. Various defects are recorded according to severity levels, and the batch is judged as qualified for release based on the comprehensive results of all tests. This helps foreign trade customers identify quality issues in advance, reducing rework after shipment and overseas customer complaints.
