The round stools undergo third-party inspection in accordance with the AQL sampling standard. The inspection covers packaging materials, appearance and workmanship, assembly structure, and safety performance. Firstly, the outer box labels, color box labels, LOGOs, and instructions are checked to ensure consistency with the order information. The cartons are inspected for no damage, collapse, or moisture. The foot pads and accessory packages are counted to confirm that all accessories are complete without any missing items.
The stool surface and legs are checked for no cracks, bumps, scratches, color differences, or burrs. The joint gaps are uniform, and there is no deformation or distortion. After assembling the finished products, the screws at each connection point are checked to ensure they are securely fastened without any looseness or shaking. A stability test is conducted, with the stool placed on a flat surface to ensure no tilting or shaking. The foot pads are complete and anti-slip.
Based on the product type, simple load-bearing and stability tests are carried out. The edges are checked for no sharp burrs to avoid the risk of scratches. The product size, material, and specifications are verified to be consistent with the specification sheet. Defects in weight and size are distinguished and recorded on-site. The batch is judged as qualified based on the results of all tests, helping foreign trade customers to identify quality risks in advance and reduce post-shipping damage and customer complaints.
