The vacuum cleaner undergoes third-party inspection in accordance with the AQL sampling standard. It is tested item by item from multiple dimensions such as packaging materials, appearance accessories, assembly structure, and overall performance. Firstly, the outer box, color box, nameplate, manual, and logo are checked to ensure they are consistent with the order specifications. The packaging box is inspected for no damage, indentation, or moisture. The complete set of accessories including the main unit, floor brush, hose, filter, and power cord are counted, and any missing or mismatched items are verified.
The appearance inspection of the body checks for no scratches, deformation, color differences, or burrs. The seams of the casing are checked to be uniform. The buttons and switches are assembled firmly. The entire machine is assembled for power-on testing to check if the start-up, stop, and gear adjustment functions are normal. The suction output is stable without abnormal noise or vibration. The state of the cable winding and the bending and rebound of the hose are checked. The charging capacity is tested to verify the charging and battery life status.
The product size is compared with the specification sheet, and the printed safety mark is complete and clear. Defects are recorded based on severity on-site. The inspection results are used to determine if the batch is qualified for release. This helps foreign trade customers identify potential fault hazards in advance and reduce quality disputes and after-sales issues after shipment.
