The appearance inspection includes checking the surface spraying and electroplating of the pipes, looking for paint peeling, scratches, burrs, deformation, and checking for any cracks or color differences in plastic parts. The welding areas should be smooth without any void welding. On-site assembly and trial installation are conducted, ensuring smooth pipe jointing, secure locking mechanisms, smooth lifting and lowering test for the lifting device, and no loosening or falling off after locking.
The foldable clothes hangers are tested for repeated opening and closing. There should be no abnormal sounds or jams at the joint parts. Simple load-bearing tests are performed on the load-bearing parts to confirm that there is no deformation or fracture under force. The product size and pipe thickness are measured and compared with the specification sheet. Light and heavy defects are distinguished and recorded accurately. The inspection report is summarized, and the batch is determined to be qualified for release, helping foreign trade customers avoid quality disputes after shipment.
