We will conduct on-site inspection and sampling based on the AQL inspection standards, comprehensively controlling the product quality. Firstly, we will verify the packaging information to ensure that the outer box, color box, instruction manual, label model specifications, logo printing are consistent with the order. We will also check for any damage, moisture, incorrect installation or missing accessories in the packaging. The appearance inspection will check for scratches, burrs, deformation on the cylinder body shell, uniformity of coating spraying, smoothness of screw thread opening and closing, and absence of cracks or scratches on the lens.
The functional tests will focus on verifying whether the switch buttons, gear shifting, dimming, flashing modes are normal; testing brightness, battery life, and focusing effect. We will check the contact of the charging interface and the charging and discharging status during charging. The assembly of the battery compartment should be appropriate in terms of tightness, without contact problems. The size and weight should be measured and compared with the specification sheet. For waterproof models, simple waterproof tests should be conducted as needed.
At the same time, we will verify the completeness of accessories, including batteries and hanging ropes, to ensure that the quantities match the order. We will record any defects, distinguish between minor and serious flaws, summarize the inspection results, and determine whether the batch is qualified for release, helping foreign trade customers to avoid risks of returns and complaints in advance.
