The cargo supervision during loading is a crucial step in foreign trade shipments. Through on-site full-process supervision, it reduces risks such as incorrect loading, missing loading, damaged goods, and mixed loading, ensuring that the shipped goods are consistent with the order requirements.
Pre-loading inspection: Upon arrival, first verify the container number and seal number, inspect the interior of the container, confirm that there is no damage, leakage, odor, or debris inside the container, the container wall has no obvious rust, and the container type is consistent with the contract requirements. Verify the model, batch, quantity, and outer box marking of the goods to be loaded, and confirm that it is consistent with the delivery list.
Loading process control: Supervise the loading sequence and stacking method, place heavy goods at the bottom and light goods on top, take good padding measures, add buffers for fragile products at the edges to avoid squeezing and bumping. Control the loading density to prevent goods from shifting and collapsing, and strictly prohibit the random mixing of goods from different batches. Record the loading process throughout, take photos at key nodes for evidence.
After loading, confirm that the goods have been fully loaded, check the actual number of loaded containers, seal on-site and record the seal number, and sort out the supervision report. If any abnormal situation is found, promptly communicate with the factory and freight forwarder, implement rectification, and minimize the risk of overseas customer complaints to the greatest extent.
