Portable coffee machines are popular small household appliances for outdoor travel. Before shipment, they undergo inspection in accordance with the AQL sampling standard to avoid potential shipping hazards such as appearance defects, leakage, and functional failure.
Appearance verification: Confirm that the model, color, nameplate marking, and logo match the order. Check that the body shell has no scratches, cracks, deformation, or burrs; the cup body, sealing ring, filter, and pressure lever accessories are complete and intact, without damage； the interface has no burrs， and the metal components are not rusted.
Function and performance testing： Assemble the entire machine and check the uniformity of the assembly gap. Add water for measurement， check the sealing performance， and conduct pressure operation without water leakage or water seepage； start the machine to test if the extraction and liquid discharge are smooth， without abnormal noise； the buttons operate sensitively， and the indicator lights display normally. The charging unit needs to be tested for charging and basic power supply status， and the disassembly and assembly of each component should be smooth.
Packaging verification： The instruction manual and certificate of conformity are complete， and the sticker printing is clear and without misalignment； the color box， outer box label， model， and quantity are accurate， the internal buffer protection is in place to prevent transportation compression damage. During the inspection， photos of defective items are taken for archiving. In case of batch problems， the factory is promptly notified for rectification to ensure the stable delivery of export orders.
