Plastic cans are mainly used for food, daily necessities, and hardware storage packaging. Before shipment, inspections are conducted in accordance with the AQL sampling standards to avoid appearance defects, poor sealing, and other issues.
Appearance verification: Verify that the product specifications, color, can body pattern, logo are consistent with the requirements of the order. Check that the can body has no shrinkage, bubbles, missing materials, burrs, scratches, stains, color differences; the can mouth thread is complete and undamaged, the can lid is undamaged, the mold line is uniform and not rough, there are no obvious burrs, and the color of products in the same batch is uniform.
Assembly and performance testing: The can body and lid fit smoothly, the tightening of the lid is moderate, there is no slipping, jamming; after assembly, a key seal test is conducted, inverted and shaken to check for leakage. The wall thickness of the can body is uniform, and there is no cracking or brittleness when pressed.
Packaging verification: Verify that the labels and stickers are printed clearly and without misalignment or misregistration, that the inner and outer packaging is well protected, that the outer box marking, quantity, and model information are accurate. During the inspection process, take photos of defective samples for retention, and truthfully record the inspection results. If batch defects are found, promptly synchronize with the factory for rectification to reduce the risk of export shipment and ensure delivery quality.
