The umbrella, as a daily travel item, its fabric, framework and opening/closing performance directly affect the user experience. Before shipment, inspection work should be carried out in accordance with the AQL sampling standard.
Appearance verification: Confirm that the style, color, size, and printed logo are consistent with the order, and check whether the umbrella fabric has loose threads, holes, stains, or color differences, and whether the printing is displaced or overprinted; the umbrella frame, handle, and umbrella beads have no burrs, deformation, or rust, and all accessories are complete without any missing parts.
Function and performance testing: Open and close the umbrella repeatedly to test the smoothness of opening and closing, without jamming, bone sticking, or outward flipping; check the connection parts of the umbrella frame for firmness, without the risk of loosening or breaking; manually test the windproof structure, check that the stitching of the umbrella fabric is tight and there is no loose thread at the seam; for automatic umbrellas, focus on testing the spring rebound to avoid failure.
Packaging verification: The tag, washing label, and outer packaging printing are correct, the packaging is intact, the protection is in place to prevent scratches and wear during transportation. Take photos to document all defects, make inspection records, and promptly notify the factory if there are batch defects to prevent defective products from flowing out and ensure the smooth delivery of foreign trade orders.
