The meat grinder is a frequently used kitchen appliance. The product's manufacturing quality, operational performance, and electrical safety are of great significance. Standardized delivery inspection can reduce returns and quality complaints from overseas customers.
The inspectors sample according to the AQL standard, check the product model, quantity, color, confirm all the accessories including the main unit, meat grinder head, material cup, sealing ring, as well as the manual and warning labels, and ensure they are consistent with the order. The appearance inspection focuses on checking for scratches, dents, color differences on the body shell, cracks, burrs on the cup body, no chipped edges on the meat grinder head, and no looseness in the assembly and fitting of all components.
After connecting the power supply, conduct functional tests to check if the start-stop and gear shifting are sensitive, if there are any abnormal noises or vibrations during the equipment operation, and confirm that the motor is working normally. At the same time, verify the workmanship of the power cord and plug, and ensure that the certification marks are printed completely and in a standardized manner.
Mark and classify the defective samples, record the defects item by item, take photos of the inspection process for archiving. After the inspection is completed, sort out all the test information and issue a formal inspection report to build a quality defense line for foreign trade export orders.
