The inspection of appearance mainly focuses on checking for any holes, loose threads, missed stitches, color variations, color differences, stains, fraying, etc. on the garment body. They also check the texture of the fabric and the quality of the yarn, pay attention to the stitching at the collar, cuffs, and hem, and check if the sewing areas are smooth and if there are any loose threads. At the same time, they randomly test the sizes to check the key dimensions such as the length, shoulder width, chest circumference, and sleeve length, and confirm that the size deviations are within the allowable range.
The accessories and auxiliary materials need to be inspected for buttons, embroidered logos, tags, and water treatment labels. They check the accuracy of the text content, size markings, and composition descriptions. They randomly select samples for hand feel, workmanship, and simple pulling tests to evaluate the sewing firmness.
Finally, they inspect the packaging to confirm the placement of the plastic bags, tags, and the packing method. They check the quantity of each box, record the defect situations, and prepare the inspection report to provide objective quality references for shipment.
