The loading of export goods into containers is a high-risk stage in logistics. Professional third-party supervision can avoid various hazards such as wrong loading, damage, and missing quantities. Below, we will outline the entire process of standard loading.

After receiving the client's commission, the inspectors first check the packing list, product specifications, packaging standards, container parameters, and shipping location to determine the key points of inspection. When the goods arrive at the loading site, the staff inspect the integrity of the outer packaging, the printed labels, and the appearance of the goods, count the batch quantities, and remove the non-compliant goods that are damp, damaged by bumps, etc.

During the formal loading stage, the stacking sequence is planned based on the weight of the goods and their fragility, and appropriate moisture-proof, buffering, and reinforcement measures are taken. The stacking gaps are reasonably controlled to prevent the goods from jolting and shifting or being compressed.

After the loading is completed, the total number of goods is checked, the sealing of the container door is inspected, a lead seal is applied, and on-site photos and videos are retained.

Finally, the inspection records and image materials are sorted and verified, and a formal supervision report is issued and delivered to the client. The entire process is archived for quality assurance of the export goods transportation.
