Before shipment, the label printer needs to undergo systematic inspection to avoid quality issues upon overseas receipt. The inspectors first check the outer box labels, the number of packages, and the product models, and match them one by one with the purchase order to ensure accuracy. They also check for any damage, moisture, or deformation of the cartons. They then open the boxes to count the main unit, paper tray, power cord, user manual, and other accessories to ensure they are complete and in good condition.
The appearance inspection checks for scratches, paint peeling, uneven gaps, damaged buttons, and other defects on the body. Subsequently, the power is connected to conduct the entire machine function test, adjust the printing concentration, paper sensing, and paper feeding smoothness, and test the clarity of barcodes and text printing. They also check for jamming, missed printing, and interrupted printing faults.
The inspection of the body's nameplate parameters and certification marks is verified to be error-free. A continuous stability test is conducted. The entire process captures photos of the scene for record-keeping, counts the number of defective products, classifies the inspection results, issues a formal inspection report, and assists foreign trade enterprises in determining whether to release the shipment, thereby reducing the risk of after-sales claims.
