Third-party supervision of loading is a crucial quality control step in foreign trade shipments to ensure the safety and accuracy of the goods. After arriving at the site, the loading supervisors will first check the container number and seal number, inspect whether the container is damaged, leaking, or stained, and confirm that the cleanliness inside the container meets the loading requirements.
Then, count the total quantity of the goods, check that the product models, outer packaging marks, specifications are consistent with the order information, inspect the appearance quality of the goods, and remove the defective items. Throughout the loading process, supervise the stacking method, control the loading center of gravity, reinforce protection, and avoid crushing and damage as well as cargo tipping during transportation.
After loading is completed, check the final quantity, immediately affix the exclusive seal and take photos to preserve the entire process of the images. Sort out all the inspection records and on-site photos, summarize and compile the formal loading report and submit it to the customer. This helps foreign trade enterprises confirm the release, effectively reducing disputes such as lost goods, wrong loading, and damage during cross-border trade, and ensuring the safe handover of the shipment.
