Third-party container loading supervision is a crucial step in controlling the risks of foreign trade shipments. The entire process is standardized and implemented. After the loading supervisors arrive, they first check the container number and seal number, inspect whether the box is damaged, leaking, stained, or has an unpleasant smell, and confirm that the cleanliness inside the container meets the standards. Then, they count the batches, quantities, and outer packaging labels of the goods, and compare them one by one with the order information to prevent misloading or mixed loading.
During the entire loading process, on-site supervision is carried out to control the stacking method, load distribution, reinforcement and protection, to prevent the goods from being squeezed, bumped, or loaded unevenly. After the container is loaded, the total quantity is checked and confirmed to be correct. Then, the container is locked and sealed on-site, and the images of the container condition, the seal, and the entire loading process are taken and saved. Finally, the on-site records and real photos are sorted out, and a formal loading supervision report is issued, which is given to the client for retention and archiving. This provides effective evidence for the safety of the goods during maritime transportation and the reconciliation of foreign trade accounts. It also reduces the risks of logistics damage and disputes.
