In the export shipment process, supervision of loading and inspection of goods is an important part of ensuring the quality of goods delivery.
After the inspection personnel arrive at the site, they first check the order information, count the quantity of goods, randomly inspect the appearance and packaging of the products to see if they comply with the order standards, and confirm that the product models and marks are correct.
Subsequently, inspect the internal environment of the container, check for any damage, water stains, or debris inside the container, and confirm that the container is safe. Then, supervise the entire process of loading the container. Continuously monitor the stacking method, placement sequence, and reinforcement measures to prevent squeezing and bumping during transportation, and arrange the goods in a reasonable manner according to the loading plan.
After the containers are loaded, check the serial numbers of the sealing caps, take photos of the container condition, the seals, and the overall loading situation, and keep the recorded images. After verifying all the processes without errors, sort out the on-site materials and issue a professional supervision and inspection report for loading. Through the full-process control, reduce the risks of damage to goods, incorrect loading, and missing loading, and ensure the safe delivery of goods to overseas customers.
