The smoke machine is a functional equipment. During the inspection process, both the appearance structure and the actual spraying performance need to be taken into account. Each item should be inspected strictly in accordance with the standard procedures.
Firstly, verify the information on the outer packaging. Check whether the labels, model, quantity, and shipping marks on the carton are consistent with the order. Observe whether the packaging is damp, damaged, or scratched. After opening the box, inspect the appearance of the entire machine. Check if the shell has scratches, cracks, or deformation, and whether the accessories, power cord, nozzle and other components are complete and in good condition.
Subsequently, an electrical power-on test was carried out to check the sensitivity of the buttons and switches, as well as to inspect for any abnormal sounds or oil leakage during operation. The equipment was debugged, and the spray output volume and uniformity were tested. The duration of the spray was verified to see if it met the technical parameters. At the same time, safety insulation and leakage hazards were checked.
All project inspections have been completed. The inspection data has been recorded, product real-shot materials have been captured, and the inspection report has been compiled. Through rigorous comprehensive testing, the quality of the smoke machine at the factory has been controlled, reducing after-sales complaints and ensuring the smooth delivery to overseas customers.
