The inspectors conduct thorough checks, strictly following the inspection standards, to verify each item and ensure that the quality of the goods meets the standards.
First, they inspect the outer packaging. They verify whether the box labels, model numbers, and quantities are consistent with the order, and check for any damage, moisture, or deformation of the cartons. After opening the boxes, they inspect the appearance of the products, checking for loose threads, broken threads, stains, color differences in the fabric, neatness of the stitching, whether the edge stitching is loose, and whether the printed patterns are displaced or blurred.
Then, check the filling material to ensure it is full and evenly distributed, without lumps, missing materials, or unpleasant odors. Test the fasteners (such as Velcro and straps), the tightness of the fasteners, and the firmness of the clasps one by one. Test the rebound to check the support performance of the backrest, and check for any problems such as collapse or insufficient rebound.
Check the materials and printing content of the labels and tags, and confirm that the specifications and ingredient labels are correct. After completing the comprehensive inspection of all items, record the test data, take real photos, summarize the inspection results, issue a professional inspection report, and determine whether the product meets the shipping standards.
