The inspection of surfboard exports follows a standardized quality control process, checking each item from the outer packaging to the finished accessories. First, the order information is verified, the quantity of goods is counted, and the condition of the cartons is inspected for any damage, water soaking, compression deformation, and the printing on the labels needs to be clear and error-free.

After unpacking, the surface appearance of the board is carefully inspected, checking for scratches,磕碰凹陷, paint bubbles, color differences, peeling paint, etc. Carefully check if the edges of the board are polished smoothly and without burrs or cracks. Verify that the overall size and shape of the surfboard is consistent with the order, and check if the printed patterns and LOGOs are misaligned or blurry.

Subsequently, the tail fin, foot rope, anti-slip pad and other accessories are inspected as a set to confirm compatibility and absence of defects. Throughout the inspection process, photos and videos are taken to retain evidence of defects. Differentiate between qualified and defective products, and record the proportion of defects. After all items have been inspected, the inspection data is sorted, and an objective and complete third-party inspection report is issued to control the quality of the shipment and reduce overseas after-sales disputes.
