Skateboards are popular foreign trade transportation products. Before shipment, standardized inspection is carried out to ensure product quality and avoid after-sales risks. The inspection process begins with the examination of the outer packaging, verifying the product model, batch number, and quantity. It also checks for any damage, moisture, flattening, or misprinting issues on the carton, and confirms that the outer box markings are correct and error-free.

Secondly, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle's exterior. Check that the frame, pedals, and handlebars are free from deformation, paint peeling, scratches, burrs, and sharp edges. The welding areas should be flat and firmly attached, without cracks or weak welds. Focus on inspecting the core structure, testing the smooth opening and closing of the folding latch and snap fasteners, and ensuring they do not loosen or shake after locking; check the smooth rotation of the wheels and bearings, without any jamming or abnormal noises, and the braking system should be sensitive, effective, and the braking should be stable without failure.

Finally, check whether all the supporting materials such as accessories, manuals, and certificates are complete. Verify that the product size and color are consistent with the order requirements. Record all product defects throughout the process, retain the real photos for inspection, summarize all inspection items, issue a professional inspection report, and ensure that the shipping quality of the scooter meets the standards for foreign trade exports.
