The entire process of third-party container loading for foreign trade is standardized and strictly controlled to strictly manage the risks of export loading. Before arriving at the site, the loading supervisors will first verify the empty containers, check that the containers are intact, the interior is dry and clean, and confirm that the container numbers match the documents. They will then count the quantity of goods, inspect the outer packaging and labels, and conduct on-site supervision throughout the process to ensure proper stacking, placing heavy items at the bottom, and taking necessary buffering and reinforcement measures. Any violations of loading procedures will be promptly corrected. After the container is loaded, the total quantity is rechecked, the customs sealing labels are supervised and recorded with the seal number, and photos and videos are taken for evidence retention. After completion, a complete loading supervision report is issued to prevent errors, omissions, and transportation damage to the goods.
