The supervision of truck loading for foreign trade is divided into four major standard steps. Before loading, check the vehicle information, inspect the cleanliness and integrity of the cargo compartment, without any damage or leakage, and count the goods against the packing list, and verify that the outer packaging, marks and labels are consistent with the order. During the entire loading process, conduct on-site supervision, follow the principle of placing heavy items below and light items above, do a good job in reinforcement and buffering, conduct real-time inspections of the goods' condition and take photos as evidence. After loading is completed, review the total quantity, confirm there are no errors or omissions, then lock the vehicle and register the seal number. Throughout the process, retain video records, issue a formal loading supervision report, and effectively avoid risks such as damage to goods, shortage of shipment, and non-compliance during customs inspection in foreign trade logistics.
