In the export shipment process, third-party supervision of loading can independently control the entire process of loading containers, reducing the risks of wrong delivery, damage, and insufficient loading. The entire standardized process is divided into four stages.

In the early stage of container loading, inspectors arrive on site to verify the container numbers and license plates, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the empty containers, confirm that the containers are intact, dry, and without any damage or leakage; simultaneously, they compare the packing list to count the goods, check the product names, quantities, marks, and outer packaging, identify any damage, mixed loading issues, and record the abnormalities and simultaneously notify the customer.

During the entire loading process, real-time supervision is carried out, following the principle of heavier items placed at the bottom and lighter items placed at the top, filling and reinforcing the gaps with cushioning materials to avoid transportation shaking and squeezing; multiple photos are taken at different nodes for empty containers, 1/4 containers, half containers, and full containers for archiving, real-time counting of the shipment quantity to prevent underloading or overloading.

After the goods are loaded, the overall placement is rechecked, the container doors are closed to verify the seal numbers and take photos for retention; all problems, container numbers, and seal information are recorded simultaneously on-site. After all procedures are completed, the textual and graphic materials are sorted out to issue a complete loading supervision report, which is simultaneously delivered to the customer for retention, to provide complete evidence for customs clearance and post-sale accountability, ensuring the safety of cross-border cargo transportation throughout the process.
