Before loading the containers, quality inspectors check the details of the order, product models, and outer packaging labels, conduct sample inspections of the appearance and packaging stability of the goods, remove any clutter inside the containers, and take measures to prevent moisture. During the loading process, there is continuous on-site supervision to control the stacking order and weight distribution of the goods, reinforce and isolate fragile items separately to avoid squeezing and bumping, and simultaneously take photos of the scene, inside the container, and the complete sealing of the container for retention and record.
After the goods are loaded, a second count is conducted to confirm that the documents and the actual goods are consistent. The locks and seals of the containers are standardized and registered with numbers. The entire supervision process undergoes multiple verifications, controlling the details of loading and transportation from the source, reducing transportation losses, and ensuring that the goods are delivered intact and accurately to the customers.
