The supervision of container loading for foreign trade is a crucial step in ensuring the quality of exported goods. Standardized procedures can effectively prevent underloading, damage, and incorrect shipment, thereby reducing risks in overseas after-sales service and customs clearance.
Container loading is divided into four main stages: before loading the containers, check the empty containers, verify the container numbers and seal information, inspect whether the containers are damaged, leaking, stained, or have leftover debris. Unqualified containers will not be loaded. Secondly, count the goods, compare the product names, marks, and quantities with the packing list. Randomly open the containers to inspect the physical items and the integrity of the packaging, record any abnormalities and take photos for evidence.
During the entire loading process, on-site supervision is carried out to ensure proper stacking and placement. The center of gravity of the boxes is evenly distributed. Gaps are filled with padding materials. Rough handling is strictly prohibited to avoid collisions. After the goods are fully loaded, the total quantity is checked. The cabinet doors are confirmed to be tightly closed. The sealing of the cabinets is supervised and the seal number is completely recorded. Images of empty boxes, half-closed cabinets, fully loaded cabinets, and the sealing from multiple angles are retained.
After completing all the procedures, the images should be organized, the records checked, a formal loading report issued, and all the vouchers properly retained. This will provide a basis for subsequent reconciliation and customer complaint investigation, thereby maintaining the reputation of our foreign trade delivery.
