First, check the order details to ensure that the model, material, color, and accessory list of the lamps match, and count the quantity received. Visual inspection:
The lamp body shell should have no deformation, paint peeling, scratches, or rust; the lamp cover should have no cracks, bubbles, color differences, and the light transmission should be uniform; the connection terminals should be clean and free of burrs.
Next, conduct power-on functionality tests. Turn on the lamps to check if the light source is emitting normally, and look for flickering or abnormal sounds;
the switches, dimmers, and other components should operate smoothly, and the wiring connections should be firm. Verify the safety accessories, ensuring that the power cords and plugs are of the correct specifications,
and that the grounding and insulation protection are intact.
Finally, inspect the packaging randomly to confirm that the pearl cotton and color boxes are properly protected, and that the printed parameters are clear.
Separate the defective products, take photos, fill out the inspection report, and complete the overall batch acceptance.
