The glass bottles have been delivered and inspected. The inspection should be conducted from multiple dimensions including appearance, size, performance and packaging.
First, check the product information to ensure that the model, quantity, batch are consistent with the order. Sampling should be carried out in accordance with the AQL standard.
The focus of the appearance inspection is on the bottle body, checking for bubbles, stones, scratches, cracks, deformation, and whether the bottle mouth is flat. Whether the burrs and notches affect the sealing effect;
the bottle bottom should not have glue residue or protrusions. Then measure the dimensions, including bottle height, outer diameter, inner diameter of the bottle mouth, and capacity deviation, which should comply with the drawing requirements.
Sealing test: Fill the bottle with water and invert it to stand still to check for any leakage.
At the same time, check the printing on the bottle body, ensuring that the patterns and text are clear, without ink fading or misalignment. Finally,
inspect the packaging, checking the strength of the cardboard box, the integrity of the separating and buffering materials, and the completeness of the label information.
Take photos during the inspection process, classify and count the defective products, and form an inspection report. This way, quality defects can be detected in advance, reducing after-sales claims.
