After connecting the power supply, confirm that the indicator lights are normally illuminated, the mosquito-attracting light effect meets the standards, the fan operates smoothly without abnormal sounds or violent shaking. Check the high-voltage power grid to ensure normal power supply and no short-circuit or sparking phenomenon. At the same time, test the switch and buttons for sensitivity and reliability.
Then, check if the accessories and instructions are complete, if the packaging protection is in place, and if the information on the color box is consistent with the product. Record the number of defective products and calculate the defect rate. If the defect rate exceeds the acceptance standard, promptly notify the factory for re-inspection and suspend shipment.
