Open the box to inspect the body shell. The surface shows no scratches, peeling paint, or cracks, and the shell is tightly joined without any looseness. The drying tray shows no deformation or odor, and the accessories are complete without any damage.
Next, the power-on test was conducted. The buttons and the temperature control operation by timing were sensitive. The display screen was functioning properly. The equipment ran smoothly without any abnormal noise or excessive high temperature. The hot air from the outlet was evenly distributed, and the switching between different temperature settings was normal.
After completing the functional testing, count the manuals, certificates, etc. Only when all the items have been tested without errors can they be stored and packed. For products with faults or appearance defects, mark them and handle them separately to prevent defective products from flowing out.
