Before the finished vacuum cleaners are shipped out, a complete standard inspection must be carried out to thoroughly check for any defects and ensure the quality of product delivery. The inspection begins by verifying the outer packaging, confirming that the model, color, accessory list, and order are consistent, and that the carton is free from damage, moisture, or blurred printing. The inspection then proceeds to check the appearance of the entire machine, ensuring that the body, dust cup, and brush head have no scratches, color differences, deformation, burrs, and that the plastic joints are uniform, and that the buttons and switches have smooth rebound without any jamming.

Subsequently, the power-on performance test was carried out. The power was connected to test the suction force of multiple gears. The distinction between high and low speed was obvious, and there were no abnormal sounds, burnt smells, or leakage. The rotation of the brush and the sealing of the suction port were checked. The installation of the filter component was in close contact without any dust leakage.

Then, the accessories were checked. The accessories such as the hose, charging base, filter, cleaning brush, etc. were all complete and in good condition, with no missing or damaged parts. Finally, the battery life and storage tests were conducted. The wireless model met the battery life standards after being fully charged, and the folding storage of the body was smooth. All items passed the inspection and could be packaged for shipment. Defective products were uniformly marked and isolated for rework, and the quality of the finished products was strictly controlled.
