Customer C is a company that sells and exports mirror products in China. During the sales process, there have been many
cases of products being returned or complained by e-commerce platforms/customers due to unqualified products during
random inspections.
After learning about the customer's needs, our company sent professional technicians to the customer's factory to fully
understand and listen to the customer's problems on site. In response to the main problems that customers have such as
non-standard products and unfamiliarity with platform rules, we have carried out various inspections on platform rules,
logos, implementation standards and various inspections on customers.
1. Appearance inspection:
Glass surface: Check whether the mirror surface is flat and has no obvious scratches, cracks or bubbles. Hold the mirror
through the light and look for any imperfections or blemishes.
Reflection quality: Place some objects in front of a mirror and observe the clarity and authenticity of the reflected image.
The mirror should be able to provide a bright, clear reflected image.
2. Edge and border inspection:Edge processing: Check that the edges of the mirror are smooth and have no burrs or
sharp edges.
Quality mirrors often have polished or bevelled edges.
Frame quality: If the mirror has a frame, make sure the frame connections are secure and there are no loose or broken parts.
3. Reflective quality:
No distortion: Observe whether the reflected image in the mirror has no distortion, such as twisting or stretching. You can
check reflections by looking at a reflection image of something straight, like a doorframe or wall.
4. Security:
Tempered: If you need to buy a large-sized mirror, make sure it is tempered to increase its resistance to shattering and
prevent sharp shards if broken.
5. Suspension device:
Fixability: If the mirror comes with a hanging device, make sure it is securely mounted on the back of the mirror so it
hangs safely.
6. Packaging and Shipping:
Intact packaging: Check that the mirror's packaging is intact to prevent damage during transportation. When purchasing,
it is best to choose options that come with proper packaging protection.
