Customer B is a company in mainland China that specializes in the domestic sales and export of textile products such as
scarves and hats. During the sales process, there have been many cases of products being returned or complained by
e-commerce platforms/customers due to unqualified products during random inspections.
After learning about the customer's needs, our company sent professional technicians to the customer's factory to fully
understand and listen to the customer's problems on site. In view of the main problems that customers have such as
non-standard product labels and unfamiliarity with platform rules, we have conducted consultations with customers on
platform rules, logos, implementation standards, ingredient labels, washable labels, scarf and hat size specifications, and
how to formulate them. Detailed training on permanent labels and hangtags, including company leadership, department
leaders, quality managers, ordinary employees, and related personnel involved in product production, quality control, and
hangtag customization. About 30 people participated in this training and discussed the issues raised by customers. Various
questions encountered every day are answered in detail one by one.
