1.Woven garment inspection
-Whether the collar shape is flat, sleeves, lapels, collar loops should be smooth, the lines should be clear, and the left and
right sides should be symmetrical;
-Fabric appearance, yarn running, color difference, roving, fabric quality, and damage.
2. Clothing quality inspection symmetry inspection:
-The collar, sleeves and arm bones of clothing should be aligned;
-The height of the front pocket, the size distance, the size of the collar tip, the front, rear, left and right barge positions, and
whether the contrasting colors are relative;
-Whether the width of the two arms and the two clip circles are the same, the length of the two sleeves, and the size of the
cuffs.
3. Clothing quality inspection and workmanship inspection:
- The threads in each part should be smooth and firm, and there should be no jumpers, broken threads, floating threads, or
spliced threads. There should not be too many threads and they should not appear in conspicuous parts. The stitch length
should not be too sparse or too dense, and the bottom thread should be tight and tight;
-Sewing gestures and eating postures should be even to avoid tightness and wrinkles;
- Pay attention to the parts: collar, barrel surface, clip ring, mountain strips, pockets, feet and cuffs;
- The placket should be straight, the left and right hems should be the same length, the round ones without wrinkles should

- The front placket zipper should be evenly spaced and have appropriate tightness to avoid wavy, be careful of the front and
center falling, the width of the zipper should be symmetrical on the left and right, and the hem of the shirt should be carefully
raised;
-The shoulder seams, sleeve peaks, collar ring, and posture should be appropriate. The collar cotton should be naturally flat,
and the collar should be appropriately tight and tight after being turned over, without exposing the bottom;
