First, verify the basic information to confirm the PO order number, part number, order quantity, and count the total number of boxes received and the actual quantity. Ensure that the received quantity is consistent with the order quantity.
Next, conduct sampling inspection according to the AQL sampling standard to extract samples, check the product style, material, and color, compare and confirm the samples, inspect the appearance of the can body, and focus on checking for defects such as scratches, black spots, shrinkage, burrs, dirt, cracks, and deformation.
Then, perform functional tests to check the fit of the can body, the opening and closing of the can lid, the tightness of the screw cap, and the sealing performance. Check for any leakage or loose teeth issues.
Next, verify the packaging by checking the external box size and weight, inspecting the printing on the outer box, the shipping mark label, and the barcode scanning, and confirming that the packing quantity and the document requirements are consistent.
Finally, record the measured data, take photos of the defects and the actual packaging, summarize the defective points, determine whether the entire batch PASS or FAIL, output a complete inspection report, and provide it to the factory and the business end for follow-up improvement to avoid overseas customer complaints and return risks in advance.
