The air fryer undergoes third-party inspection in accordance with foreign trade inspection standards, conducting a comprehensive verification of all items. First, the outer packaging is checked, including verifying the outer box labels, the order quantity, and inspecting whether the cartons are damaged, damp, or compressed, and confirming whether the packaging protection meets the requirements for ocean transportation.
After opening the box, inspect the overall appearance of the machine. Check if the body shell has any scratches, deformations, or paint peeling. Confirm that the inner liner is intact without any damage. Ensure that the power cord, baking tray, instruction manual, and other accessories are all present. Connect to the power supply and conduct functional tests. Test heating, timing, temperature control, fan operation, etc. Pay attention to whether there are any abnormal sounds, electric leakage, overheating, or other safety hazards.
Carefully check whether the label parameters and warning signs comply with export standards. Take photos on-site to retain evidence of all defects. After the inspection is completed, summarize the inspection results and issue an objective inspection report to help customers identify product quality risks and reduce post-sale and dispute issues arising from foreign trade shipments.
