Plastic cans are widely used in food, daily chemical and chemical packaging fields. Conducting standardized inspection before shipment can effectively avoid export quality risks.
The inspection begins by checking the outer packaging, confirming that the outer box labels, quantity, and marks are consistent with the order information, and checking for any damage or moisture in the carton. Secondly, a sample inspection of the product appearance is conducted to check for deformation, scratches, burrs, color differences, bubbles in the can body, intact and undamaged screw threads at the can opening, and a tight fit of the matching lid.
Subsequently, functional tests are carried out, including water sealing tests to check for leakage of the liquid being contained; verifying that the product dimensions, capacity, and wall thickness comply with the drawing standards. At the same time, the clarity of label printing and the standard of label placement are checked.
After all the items have been inspected, the on-site image materials are sorted out, the defective situations are summarized, an objective inspection report is issued, providing a reliable basis for the customer to determine the shipment, and ensuring the smooth export of the goods.
