Focus on checking the flatness of the bottle mouth to ensure there are no cracks or burrs. Measure the wall thickness and capacity size of the bottles, and assemble and test the bottle caps to check the tightness of the fit.
After the assembly is completed, conduct an inverted leakage test to check if there is any leakage at the bottle opening. Count the components, distinguish between qualified and defective products, and mark them accordingly.
During the entire inspection process, video footage is captured and retained. All types of defect situations are truthfully recorded. After the inspection is completed, all data is sorted out and a formal inspection report is issued. This helps control the flow of defective products from the source and reduces the quality risks after the goods are shipped overseas.
