The loading process of export goods in the foreign trade sector directly affects the quality of delivery. Professional cargo container loading supervision can effectively prevent problems such as damage, incorrect loading, shortage of goods, and mixed loading. A standardized loading supervision procedure is indispensable.
After the loading personnel arrived, they first verified the container information, checking the container number and seal number, and conducting a comprehensive inspection of the inner walls, floor, and door panels of the container for any damage, leakage, or oil stains, and confirming that the container was clean, dry, and free of foreign objects. Then, they counted the total number of cargo boxes and compared the product models, specifications, batches, and marks with the packing list, and inspected the appearance of the outer boxes for any damage or moisture.
During the loading process, on-site supervision is carried out throughout the entire procedure. The stacking method is strictly controlled, with heavy goods placed below and light goods above. Adequate padding and protection measures are taken. Violent handling is strictly prohibited. The number of loaded containers and their placement positions are recorded in real time, and photos and videos of the scene are taken for evidence preservation.
After the goods are fully loaded, the total quantity is checked to ensure there are no missing items. The seals are properly locked and the seal codes are recorded. A complete loading supervision report is issued, along with on-site video materials. All this is recorded throughout the process to establish a quality defense line for foreign trade shipments and reduce the risk of complaints from overseas customers.
