Third-party container loading supervision is a key quality control step in the export process. The standardized procedure consists of five steps. Before loading the containers, verify the order, shipping marks and packing list, check that the empty containers are in good condition, dry and clean, and ensure that the container numbers are correct; conduct on-site inspection of the goods specifications and quantities, and check for any damage to the outer packaging. Continuously supervise the loading process, follow the principle of heavier items placed at the bottom and lighter items placed at the top, perform buffer reinforcement, and take multiple photos for evidence. After the container loading is completed, review the total quantity of goods, supervise the locking and sealing of the containers, and record the seal number. All processes are documented. Within 24 hours, a formal loading supervision report is issued, and image evidence is retained to effectively prevent misloading, missed loading, and damage to the goods, thereby reducing claims from overseas customers and customs clearance risks.
