The complete on-site loading supervision and third-party inspection service process consists of four phases: pre-service coordination, on-site inspection, loading supervision and report delivery. During pre-service coordination, we develop an inspection plan based on order documents and verify relevant materials for supplier audit and third-party audit. After arriving at the factory, inspectors take random samples following the AQL sampling standard and conduct product quality inspection, covering visual check, dimension measurement, function testing, packaging and shipping mark verification and other third-party testing items. Once product inspection is completed, we start third-party loading supervision, cargo loading supervision and container loading supervision. We inspect the container condition, supervise packing, reinforcement and moisture-proof operations on-site, count shipment quantities and prevent wrong loading or short shipment. Photos and videos are recorded throughout the process. A formal QC report will be issued after inspection, allowing customers to decide whether to arrange shipment.
