What is Inspection?
Inspection, also known as notarized inspection, is an activity in which a third-party inspection agency, at the request of the client or buyer, checks and accepts the quality of supplied goods and other relevant contents of the order or sales contract. This verifies whether the goods meet contract requirements and other special requirements of the buyer.

Our Inspection Services
We offer comprehensive QC Inspection programs tailored to your specific production stages:

·        Initial Production Inspection (IPC / Pre-production Inspection): Conducted when 5%-10% of the batch has been completed. This initial sampling or first-piece inspection is one of the best ways to ensure your products meet your requirements from the very beginning.

·        Mid-Production Inspection (DUPRO / During Production Inspection): Conducted when 30%-50% of the batch is completed. Our inspectors perform random sampling to help improve production processes and quality, ensuring products meet production specifications before shipment.

·        Final Production Inspection (PSI / Pre-Shipment Inspection in China): Also known as pre-shipment inspection or outgoing inspection. It is the most effective way to confirm the quality level of the entire batch. It usually requires 100% of the goods to be produced and at least 80% to be packed.

·        Container Loading Supervision (CLS): Usually takes place at factories, freight forwarding warehouses, or cargo ports. Inspectors check the quality and quantity of goods to be shipped based on the order, quality requirements, and packing list to ensure correct, quality-approved products are loaded.

·        100% Inspection (Full Check Service): Based on your requirements, we inspect appearance, workmanship, function, safety, and other specified checkpoints at our facility or your designated location. We strictly distinguish between good and defective products and promptly report the results.

·        Product Sampling: HQC's sampling service guarantees that samples are randomly selected from the bulk order, sealed on-site, and sent for testing. This avoids issues such as factory-selected samples not being representative of the actual quality of the entire batch.
